Peanut Butter Bites

Mix it up. Roll it into a ball. Have snacks for the whole week!

You need:

3/4 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped cashews

1/4 cup coconut

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey

Do this:

Mix everything into a bowl. Form into little balls. Chill. Eat.

Makes 12-15.

I think these are the perfect snack and they last for a while in the fridge, well if you can avoid eating them all in one day!
