This is a great breakfast! Or a real treat after a long run. Good protein to restore & the peaches are delicious!
1-2 peaches, depending on size
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp honey
Dash of cinnamon
3-5 cashews
Coconut oil for pan
Do this:
Cut your peaches into slices. Mix peaches with cinnamon. In your pan have the coconut oil hot, then add peaches. Cook until slightly brown over top of cinnamon.
Place peaches on top of cottage cheese, drizzle with your honey and add cashews.
If you feel like this is too βhealthyβ, you could substitute the cottage cheese for vanilla ice cream !
One serving.
