Papaya Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are for the creative cook! Someone who loves presentation just as much as eating the meal. Here’s one of my prettiest bowls!

You need:

1 cup papaya

1 bananaPapayaSmoothieBowl1

1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

Raspberries

Chia seed

Oats

Coconut

Pecans

Do this:

Cut up your papaya and banana into pieces and freeze, an hour or two or overnight. I find this helps the texture of your smoothie.

If you don’t have time to do this, you can just add ice, but I do recommended using frozen fruit.

Blend your frozen papaya and banana with almond milk. You now have your base, it should be relatively thick, pour into a bowl.

Now arrange your toppings as you like. Make it pretty or just throw it all together – still equally healthy and yummy.
