Peach Chia Seed Pudding

Make this before bed and its ready for breakfast!

You need : 

3/4 cup vanilla almond milk

3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 peaches

1 tsp vanilla

Do this: 

Mix all ingredients together . You will want to have your peaches finely chopped.

Seal with a lid or cling wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight .

The chia seeds will expand and your mixture will thicken into a pudding.

This makes about 3 servings.Healthy, trendy and full of chia seeds !
