5 Awesome Peanut Butter Snacks

When a recipe calls for peanut butter, you know it’s gonna be good!

Number 1 : Apple Slices with Natural Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chips

Literally exactly what the title says. Core your apple, slice into 4 pieces. Spread peanut butter around and top with chocolate chips. Granny smith apples pair very nicely with this – sour, salty and sweet.

Number 2 : The Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie 

Peanut butter adds some great texture into smoothies. For this blend almond milk, cocoa, banana, peanut butter, vanilla and ice. For exact measurements click here.

Number 3 : Banana Bites with Peanut Butter & Coconut

Super easy and super good! I have this for breakfast all the time. Slice one banana, top with peanut butter and sprinkle some coconut on top.

Number 4 : The Peanut Butter Cup

When ever I share this idea with others, the response is always, “why didn’t I think of that?” Fill a paper baking cup 1/2 way with chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds. Now add in a spoonful of peanut butter. Microwave for an additional 15 seconds. Swirl around to mix the chocolate and peanut butter. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Number 5: Peanut Butter Balls with Oats & Chocolate Chips

Such a good snack ! Combine peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, cashews, coconut, chia seeds and honey together. Then form into little balls. For exact measurements click here.
